Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Generally our orders take about 4-6 weeks from website-to-door under normal circumstances. There can be delays based on our volume of orders we are taking in, and other various factors. If you have a question about your order, please send us an email at sales@nashvillemetalart.com with your order number and we will respond promptly with the status.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How do I mount the artwork?

Another commonly asked question we receive is 'how do we mount the artwork'. There are several ways to go about it, but the easiest and most aesthetic way of doing it is using 3M double sided adhesive tape. This allows for a hardware free mount that is extremely durable and strong.

 

What material are your products made out of?

That's a great question! All of our artwork is made from 16 gauge hot rolled and cold rolled steel. We use cold rolled steel for the translucent colors, and hot rolled steel for all single stage colors ( IE black, red, blue, ect). Fire pits are an exception to this, as the metal must with stand extreme heat, therefore we use 11 gauge hot rolled steel.

 

Can I display my piece outside?

Absolutely! We finish all of our products with powder coat, which creates a rust resistant finish that can withstand all weather conditions.

 

I would like to place a custom order, how do I do that?
